"Mike Russell supervised the mobilization and execution of tasks of White Lake Dock and Dredging Company (WLDD) during the summer of 2007. WLDD was contracted to Envirocon, Inc. (EI) to mobilize to Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan and assist another dredging contractor to expedite completion of an environmental remediation project. Mike co-coordinated moving WLDD floating plant (15+ truck loads) and personnel to the assembly and launch point within a short time frame while overcoming multiple challenges. After mobilization, Mike integrated the excavator equipped RTK-GPS with the existing on-site base station. Then, under Mike's supervision, WLDD executed their assigned tasks as expeditiously as possible under trying conditions. The subsequent de-con and de-mobe was rapid and efficient. As project manager on this project for Envirocon, it was a pleasure to work with Mike solving problems, overcoming obstacles, and arriving at equitable solutions in a fair and professional manner."
